This is a Christmas present for a sister-in-law. . . 

isn't it cute?!

I bought the "B" at Hobby Lobby and painted the backside of it a creamy color.

Then I pasted the whole sheet of scrapbook paper onto it. 

Once it was dry I used a razor blade to cut around the "B."

(I repainted some areas where I cut away too much with the blade. . . )

Add a ribbon, and voila!
